Déjà rêvé is dream déjà vu let me explain…

Have you ever felt like you had experienced a moment that seems too familiar or knowing you had dreamed of this exact set up in front of you months back heck even maybe YEARS back and are looking at it now in confusion wondering if anybody seen that too? well I have… a lottt in my lifetime. As the dreams showed more over the years and I started being more in tune I  decided to finally look into it and the SPIRITUAL REASONING so yall don’t have to…

When we experience a moment in our waking life that feels like we've already seen  (in a dream or) it before, we call it “déjà vu”, which literally translates to “already seen”. On the other hand, when we feel like we've encountered a scene from our dreams in real life, we call it “déjà rêvé” which translates to “already dreamed” it specifically linked to a memory, familiarity, sudden recall of a past, often vague, dream-like memory or a "dreamy state" originating from a past sleeping experience.

Definition: It is the phenomenon of feeling you have previously dreamt the exact situation you are currently experiencing in real life. Different types Researchers have classified it into three types: episodic-like (recalling a specific dream), familiarity-like (a general sense of familiarity), and dreamy state (a sensation of being in a dream while awake). Differences from Déjà Vu: While déjà vufeels like you have seen a scene before, déjà rêvé often brings a strong, explicit memory of a specific dream or a hazy, emotional connection to a past dream

On the other hand there is more types although that is not my main focus I still wanted to give an explanation on them. Déjà Vécu ("Already Lived Through") This is often considered the most common type, involving a detailed, multi-sensory feeling that you have lived through this exact, complex situation before, including specific conversations or actions. Déjà Senti ("Already Felt")This is an almost exclusively mental or emotional phenomenon. It is a profound feeling of familiarity that is entirely in the mind, often without a specific visual scene attached to it. Déjà Visité ("Already Visited") This involves an unsettling, intimate familiarity with a new place, such as navigating a foreign city or building with the conviction that you have been there before, despite knowing you haven't.

Back to the focus… what could this mean spirituality aspect wise? : Precognitive Aspect: Some people experience this as a sense of "premonition," where they feel they have seen the event in a dream beforehand. Many consider this a spiritual gift where the soul glimpses future events during sleep. When the event occurs in waking life, it is recognized as a pre-ordained moment or a "dream come true". Past Life Regression: Some spiritual perspectives suggest that these moments are flashes from a past life that were stored in the subconscious and "remembered" when the current experience triggers them. Soul Alignment & Destiny: It is interpreted as a "soul signal" that you are exactly where you are meant to be. The familiarity confirms that you are following a divine or destined path, suggesting your life is unfolding as planned, notes this StoneageSchops article. Timeline/Reality Shifting: Some theories suggest the soul experiences multiple timelines or parallel realities while sleeping. Déjà rêvé occurs when waking reality momentarily aligns with one of those visited timelines.Thinning of Boundaries: Spiritual practitioners sometimes refer to this as having "thin boundaries" between the physical world and the spiritual/dream realm, allowing for easier communication between the subconscious, the divine, and reality.

I have also seen the theory that kind of goes hand in hand with the timeline and reality shifting. But more timelines colliding. A Reddit user had wrote

“-With deja vu and the feeling you get like "this has happened before".. I feel it may be because it did  happen,  just not to you specifically. What I mean is maybe that moment happened in an alternate reality and you and alternate you somehow synced moments which caused a few seconds of connection. That's maybe why you feel like you did that twice.-”

That’s something I do believe as true along with many other of the reasonings. I did start experiencing both these and some tips I had learned is to be quiet and observe. See how long it goes. Journal it, write it, time it. It has made me open my eyes in more ways than one. Next time you have déjà vu think of how long this can last, don’t speak aloud on it, and record it. Watch how much you stronger and how much more often déjà vu happens to you. stay in line with your sixth sense, stay aware, stay in tune!

with love
